• Architecture: New stadium of FCB Barcelona "NOU CAMP NOU", a project that will have new spaces and sustainable strategies, will be composed of large and comfortable spaces, photovoltaic roof, spaces accessible to all people, for more than 105 thousand spectators, with viewpoint areas in the upper levels. New space integrated to the city of Barcelona, which will enjoy new Smart technologies as energy efficiency.
• Energy Efficiency: Implementation, supervision, monitoring and calculation of the environmental impact of the use of kg CO2eq or carbon footprint, in the construction process.
• Water Efficiency: Implementation, supervision, registration and monitoring of water uses in the construction process.
• Waste: Measurements of air pollution, noise, monitoring of total waste on site and total recycling. In the same way, prevent odours and light pollution.

FEATURED INFORMATION:
Architecture: The project consists of 35,000m2 of rental offices, with more than 30 different companies and 20 congress or meeting rooms.
Survey: Performance tests, audits and occupant surveys related to air quality, comfort, transportation and energy consumption were coordinated.
Measurements: The "performance route" was used, based on the Arc platform. World Trade Center Barcelona is the first LEED Gold project certified in Spain and the third in Europe through Arc. Calculate a performance score of 100, based on a set of global data and action-oriented strategies in five categories: energy, water, waste,
Energy Efficiency: The energy consumption of the entire building is measured in terms of natural gas and electricity, for a year for its study and future data recording.
Water Efficiency: The building achieves a reduction and water saving of 4.75% based on the current building. The consumption of the building is measured as well as with energy, assessing the reduction of drinking water.
Waste: A waste audit is carried out in the complex for its correct treatment, recycling, collection or derivation.
Indoor Air Quality: The project shows that the external air flow measured for each system is equal to or greater than that of the baseline.
Views: The building has more than 63% quality views abroad.

FEATURED INFORMATION:
• Architecture: Large building consisting of a library, cafe, administrative area, gym, amphitheater, restaurant and private parking.
• Energy Efficiency: A 36.32% energy saving compared to ASHRAE.
• Efficiency in Water: The use of potable water is reduced by 34.72% and 68.88% considering reuse in relation to the baseline, and 90% rainwater is captured, this is treated to eliminate 80% of the solids suspended in it.
• Waste: Reduction of construction waste by + 80.38%. 64.21% of the construction materials have been produced or mined less than 500 miles from the project. Similarly, 95.22% of the wood used for construction has the seal "Forest Stewardship Council" or known as FSC.
• Indoor Air Quality: C02 meters were installed in the project, which will sound an alarm in the event that it varied by 10% of the fixed condition.

FEATURED INFORMATION:
• Architecture: New construction project, which includes a green roof and a double facade that includes a component with vegetation. The design also features skylights to maximize the use of daylight and minimize energy consumption.
• Energy Efficiency: Reduction of 41.85% in energy consumption compared to the ASHRAE baseline.
• Water Efficiency: A rainwater cistern was implemented, which reduces runoff and allows a water saving of 54.17% for the external water supply, on the other hand, inside the building for the implemented accessories there is a saving of 32.65% in relation to the baseline. In the same way water from the rainwater cistern is used for the discharge accessories, which shows a 76% saving in the use of drinking water.
• Waste: Recycling areas were adapted, according to the amount of recycling for the building and future occupants.
• Indoor Air Quality: C02 meters were installed in the project, which will sound an alarm in the event that it varied by 10% of the fixed condition. Outdoor air was also increased by 30% to all occupied spaces to maximize air quality.
• Urbanization: The project allocates an area of bicycles to reduce the use of automobiles in the project, as well as the use of low-emission cars, such as electric cars, in order to reduce the environmental impact.

• Architecture: Two-level building, divided by an industrial zone, where the process of realization of all fashion collections and the management carried out in the administrative area is carried out.
• Energy Efficiency: It has an Energy Star rating of 84. In the same way, the energy consumption of the entire building is measured in terms of natural gas and electricity, for a year for its study and future data recording.
• Water Efficiency: The building achieves a reduction and water saving of 30.82% based on the current building. The consumption of the building is measured as well as with energy, assessing the reduction of drinking water by using water from the well for irrigation.
• Waste: Recycling, collection or derivation of it is monitored.
• Indoor Air Quality: The exterior air quality required under the ASHRAE baseline is met for each of the spaces, in order to achieve the minimum indoor air quality required. In the same way, air filtration will be carried out with high efficiency filters against solid particles or external contamination.
• Views: The project has quality views towards the surroundings area.

FEATURED INFORMATION:
• Architecture: Existing building of 30 levels, with a height of 120 meters and 4 levels underground. 5-star hotel. A logistics was developed for the area and not having any effects on the site, referring to the work process.
• Collaboration: Local partner.
• Energy Efficiency: Energy Star rating e 83.
• Water Efficiency: In external water, water runoff was mitigated by 19%, with a rainwater collection system. For indoor water it was reduced by 34% in relation to the baseline.
• Waste: Reduction of construction waste by 72%.
• Indoor Air Quality: MERV high efficiency air filters are implemented and, in the same way, the outside air intake is exceeded by 30%, to maximize air conditions and quality.
• International project: Working in an international context for a project in Lima, managing the certification process from Barcelona.
• Social, political and economic structure: Use of policies and required programs are in place to extend sustainability beyond the design and construction phase.

FEATURED INFORMATION:
• Architecture: Office building of 15,000 m2, which contains in it, offices and a quality control area for luxury goods, as well as a logistics function. The project is using geothermal energy in combination with radiant floors, being energy efficient.
• International project: Project certification was managed from Barcelona while working with local Italian design and construction teams.
• Waste reduction: The project obtained a 96% reduction in construction waste generated.
