Our consultancy style is based on the following principles:
Performance Based Design is a design approach that uses hard data and rigorous analysis that is available in the early design phases in order to achieve targeted levels of performance leading to consistently designed high performance buildings.
Integrative design is an approach to design which brings together specialisms usually working separately. Specific integrative workshops allow architects and engineers as well as other disciplines to work on building design in a more holistic way leading to better designed buildings.
Sustainability is not an add-on but has to be embedded to be cost effective. This requires a cross-disciplinary approach resulting in better performing buildings within budget constraints.
Regardless of the certification scheme applied, Green Living Projects supports project teams with tools and practices allowing a performance based, integrative and embedded approach.
